Cooch Behar, 02nd July: The Student Bachao Committee protested at Panchanan Burma University in Cooch Behar demanding waiver of fees of all colleges and universities under Panchanan Burma University. The students staged a protest in front of the university registrar’s house.
The demonstrators said that the families of many college students are struggling to make ends meet in this pandemic situation. Moreover, paying fees adds to their concern. As many universities have already waived the fees, they staged a protest demanding the same.
