Siliguri, 03rd May: A day before the announcement of election results, BJP candidate from Dabgram-Fulbari Assembly constituency, Shikha Chatterjee, organised a special ‘Yagna’.
On Sunday, she performed the ritual along with party workers in the Jyoti Nagar area of Ward No. 40 and offered prayers seeking victory in the elections.
Speaking on the occasion, Sikha Chatterjee said that the results will be declared tomorrow and expressed confidence that change will take place this time. She added that the ‘Yagna’ was organised with that hope.
She further stated that BJP candidates across the state are seeking blessings ahead of the results and praying for favourable outcomes.
According to her, public support is with the BJP, raising expectations of positive results.
