Kharibari, 13th February: Tension has arisen in Kharibari after a BJP poster was allegedly pasted on a banner of the âAmader Para, Amader Samadhanâ scheme featuring the Chief Ministerâs image. The incident took place in Netaji Pally village.
According to reports, the BJP poster was affixed to the banner, prompting Trinamool Congress Block President Kishori Mohan Singh to accuse the party of misconduct. A written complaint has been lodged at Kharibari police station, demanding the arrest of those responsible.
Responding to the allegations, BJP leader Kalyan Kumar Prasad said such actions are not part of the partyâs culture and claimed that Trinamool leaders and workers carried out the act to demand a change in Bengalâs allegedly corrupt government.
