Siliguri, 16th April: A youth has been arrested by the undercover cops of Matigara police station on charges of stealing a bicycle. The accused, identified as Mohammad Lalan, is a resident of Tulsi Nagar under Matigara police station. Lalan, a driver by profession, is reportedly a drug addict.
According to reports, Lalan stole the bicycle to raise money for drugs. The incident occurred on March 18 in the Sishudangi area, located under the jurisdiction of Matigara police station, when the bicycle was taken from in front of a house.
