Fulbari, 10th July: A collision between two vehicles occurred early Wednesday morning on the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway (NH) at Jotiakali More, resulting in a goods-laden trailer overturning. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.

As per reports, the incident took place around 4 a.m. when a trailer loaded with plywood, traveling from Lakhimpur in Uttar Pradesh to Assam, collided with an oncoming vehicle near Jotiakali. The force of the collision caused the trailer to overturn on the side of the road. There were three individuals in the trailer, including the driver, but none sustained injuries.
Local sources indicate that the poor condition of the road has been a significant factor in frequent accidents in the area.
