TMC holds workers’ meeting and joining programme in Rajganj

Rajganj, 14th December: A meeting of workers and supporters along with a joining programme was organised by the Mantadari Trinamool Congress area committee in Rajganj. The programme was held at the Gatebazar Community Hall in Mantadari, where detailed discussions took place on party preparations and strategies in view of the SIR issue and the upcoming 2026 West Bengal Assembly elections.

During the meeting, emphasis was laid on further strengthening the organisation at the booth level, increasing close engagement with the general public, and effectively communicating the state government’s development initiatives to the people. Special focus was also placed on creating greater public awareness regarding the SIR issue.

Following the meeting, several workers from the BJP joined the Trinamool Congress, marking a boost to the party’s organisational strength in the area.

Those present at the programme included Rajganj Block Trinamool Congress President Arindam Banerjee, Trinamool Congress area President Mosharraf Ali, area Chairman Ranjit Mandal, Upa Pradhan Ramu Oraon, Ranjit Tamang, Chhoton Gope, along with other party leaders and workers.
