Cooch Behar, 20th March: The Madanmohan temple under the Cooch Behar Debuttor Trust Board has been prohibited to provide offerings to the devotees, since yesterday. The administration has taken the step due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The Pandits have been sighted wearing masks and performing Pujas. However, the visitors have not yet been banned in the temple but a notice for alert has been issued for them. An appeal has also been made to avoid crowd inside the temple premises. Meanwhile, the visitors are being allowed to enter the temple only after they have been sanitized.
