Child rescues dogs from flood-hit area amid heavy rainfall; police carry out rescue operations in Siliguri’s Ward No. 46

Siliguri, 19th June: Continuous heavy rainfall led to severe waterlogging in Champasari area under Ward No. 46 of Siliguri Municipal Corporation on Thursday night, disrupting normal life and forcing residents to move to safer locations.

Amid the situation, police from Pradhan Nagar Police Station carried out rescue operations in the affected locality, assisting residents trapped in waterlogged areas.
