Alipurduar, 28th April: Amid the COVID-19 lockdown, the Siliguri Terai Dooars Development Authority Chairman as well as the Alipurduar District-in-Council mentor Mohan Sharma adopted a unique initiative to help the people in Kalchini, Madarihat, Birpara, Kumargram block tea gardens, and the banbasty areas.
Needless to say, they are struggling each day to cope up with the fight against the pandemic and are also facing a shortage of food and medicines.
