Siliguri, 12th March: Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate from Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency Gopal Lama was warmly welcomed by TMC workers in Uttora in Bagdogra. During this, District TMC President Papiya Ghosh, GTA chief Anit Thapa, Kalimpong MLA Ruden Lepcha and others were present.
Speaking at the programme, TMC candidate Gopal Lama stated to have been involved in social works for which he is confident regarding serving the people. He added that even from the administrative post he would campaign jointly with BGPM and Trinamool with no differences between plains and hills.
