Fulbari, 22nd April: An incident of theft surfaced from Fulbari where about 20 to 25 trucks parked at the Truck Terminus parking lot near the bypass and adjoining areas were targeted and several vehicle parts were stolen.
According to reports, several vehicles are usually parked at the Truck Terminus parking in the Fulbari bypass. On Sunday night, the parts of approximately 20 to 25 vehicles were allegedly stolen, including self-starters. The estimated market value of the stolen parts amounts to around Rs 2.5 lakhs. Previously, there have been several instances of theft from vehicles, including theft of fuel, batteries, and other items.
Upon receiving the news, the officials from NJP Police Station initiated a detailed investigation into the entire incident. Following the incident, the owners of the vehicles have demanded strict police patrol in the area.
