Siliguri, 09th May: Suvendu Adhikari took oath as the first BJP Chief Minister of West Bengal on Saturday. Ahead of the historic moment, BJP supporters organised special prayers at Manaskamona Kali Temple in Siliguri, wishing for his long life and good health.
After Suvendu Adhikari’s name was announced as Chief Minister, an atmosphere of celebration spread among supporters. To share the joy and pray for his successful leadership, BJP workers and supporters gathered at the temple and offered prayers for the well-being of the new Chief Minister.
Supporters said that under Suvendu Adhikari’s leadership, a new chapter of development would begin in the state.
