Naxalbari, 23rd June: The Naxalbari Block Contractor and Supplier Association submitted a memorandum to the Naxalbari Block Development Officer (BDO) on Monday, demanding immediate clearance of long-pending bills related to various government projects.
According to the association, around 35 of its members have been working across various areas of the block since 2020, including projects related to the Angrasar office, Minority Affairs, RIDF, and other government works. However, they have yet to receive their dues, which collectively amount to approximately ₹1.5 crore.
