Fulbari, 05th February: The monthly allocation under the Lakshmir Bhandar scheme has been increased by Rs 500, bringing joy to women beneficiaries. Following the announcement in the state budget, excitement spread across the state, and women workers and supporters of the Trinamool Congress in Fulbari II GP expressed their happiness.
On the day of the announcement, women in Fulbari celebrated with colours, joyfully applying them to one another as a mark of their excitement.

The women said that the increase in the Lakshmir Bhandar allowance provides significant support for household expenses and reduces their dependence on their spouses for money. They expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and stated that they would support her even more strongly in the upcoming elections, appreciating the way she has stood by women.
