Falakata Town Block TMC launches campaign for upcoming assembly elections

Alipurduar, 17th December: The Falakata Town Block unit of the Trinamool Congress has begun preparations for the upcoming Assembly elections with a campaign.

On Tuesday, the TMC leaders commenced their public engagement journey by offering prayers at the Anukul Chandra Temple near Falakata Station More. After the prayers, the party members set out on a public interaction march, visiting local shopkeepers along National Highway 17.

The TMC leaders informed them about the various developmental schemes of the state government, ensuring they were aware of the benefits. Following the march, they continued a door-to-door campaign to spread awareness and seek support.

In this regard, Shubhobrata Dey, the President of Falakata Town Block TMC, stated that the campaign was launched with the leadership of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in mind. The focus is to ensure that the public is aware of and benefiting from the government’s development projects.
