Rajganj, 27th July: A truck driver sustained minor injuries in a head-on collision between two trucks on the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway near the Fatapukur Toll Plaza on Saturday.
According to reports, a truck travelling from Assam was parked in front of a hotel near the Fatapukur Toll Plaza when another truck, travelling from the opposite direction, rammed into it.
The driver of the stationary truck sustained minor injuries in the accident. Meanwhile, the Rajganj Police promptly arrived at the scene and took both the vehicles in custody. The entire incident is under further investigation.
