Rajganj, 29th December: A local resident’s body was found in a pond near his home three days after he went missing, sparking shock and confusion in the Sardar Para area of Sannyasikata Gram Panchayat.
According to sources, Sahirul Islam, a resident of Sardar Para, has been missing since Wednesday. Despite his family’s efforts to search for him in various locations, there has been no trace of him.

On Sunday morning, locals noticed a body floating in a pond near Sahirul’s house. Upon identifying the body, the family confirmed it was Sahirul. Rajganj police were alerted and arrived at the scene to retrieve the body.
The body has been sent for post-mortem, and the police have launched an investigation to determine the cause of death.
