Fulbari, 22nd April: A bike rider was injured in a collision between a private bus and a motorcycle on a flyover near Uttar Kanya, close to Siliguri.
The incident took place on Tuesday morning when both vehicles were heading from Fulbari towards Siliguri. Eyewitnesses reported that while climbing the flyover, the bike and bus collided, causing the two-wheeler to slide under the bus.

The rider sustained injuries in the accident and was promptly rescued by local residents. He was rushed to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH) for treatment.
Upon receiving information, personnel from the Fulbari Highway Traffic Outpost and New Jalpaiguri police station reached the spot. Police have recovered both vehicles involved and have launched an investigation into the incident.
