Phansidewa, 25th March: The Phansidewa police have arrested another accomplice of international fraud ring kingpin Mohammad Shahidul. The arrested individual has been identified as Mohammad Rezabul.
According to reports, Phansidewa police raided Mohammad Rezabul’s house on Monday, accompanied by Shahidul. However, Rezabul managed to flee upon sensing the presence of the police. During a search of his house, several fraudulent documents were recovered.
Later, Rezabul was apprehended. Both Shahidul and Mohammad Rezabul were presented before the Siliguri Sub-Divisional Court on Tuesday. The police are continuing their investigation into the case.
